We are looking for Sales Engineers with demonstrated abilities, passion and desire to design technology solutions for our customers' operational needs. The ideal candidate will have excellent organization, communication, and presentation skills with a primary focus on expanding existing customer engagements and closing new deals.
Foundational Requirements
- IT consulting or software engineering experience
- Experience working in a sales environment
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects and issues in a fast-paced environment
Primary Responsibilities
- Support technical strategy, scoping, and presentations for sales opportunities
- Provide technical guidance for customer challenges and proof-of-concepts (POCs)
- Work with engineering teams to maintain implementation and support documentation
Ideal Skills & Experience
- Cloud infrastructure including network and server technologies
- Comprehensive knowledge of technology systems and cloud-based business applications
- Familiarity with IT security and compliance frameworks (e.g. HIPAA, SOC2, GDPR, ISO, PCI)
